Les présentes conditions générales de vente (CGV) s'appliquent à toutes les commandes passées sur Voraqua. En validant votre commande, vous acceptez sans réserve ces conditions.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 — SELLER

ARTICLE 2 — PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to any order placed on the Voraqua website (voraqua.com) by a consumer residing in metropolitan France.
Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
The products offered are bathroom taps, mixers, and accessories. The essential characteristics of each product (dimensions, materials, finishes, technical compatibility) are described on the corresponding product page.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Products comply with applicable European regulations (CE marking).
ARTICLE 4 — PRICES
All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC).
VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
The prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are binding.
ARTICLE 5 — ORDER
To place an order, the customer:
- Selects the desired products
- Enters their delivery details
- Chooses a payment method
- Confirms the order after accepting these GTCS
A confirmation email is sent to the customer upon order validation. The sales contract is formed upon receipt of this email.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of product unavailability or a manifest pricing error, with a full refund issued within 14 days.
ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments
- PayPal
- Interest-free payment in 3 or 4 installments via Alma (subject to eligibility)
Banking data is processed exclusively by the payment service providers. The seller has no access to any banking information.
ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY
Delivery is available in metropolitan France only.
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery is free of charge on all orders.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
If delivery is delayed beyond 30 calendar days without valid justification, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
How to exercise this right: The customer notifies their decision by email to contact@voraqua.com, stating their order number. The return address will be provided by reply email.
Return conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be in perfect condition, uninstalled and unused
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used during the original order.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
ARTICLE 9 — LEGAL WARRANTIES
9.1 Statutory Warranty of Conformity: In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the seller warrants that the goods delivered conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. If a lack of conformity is identified within 24 months of delivery, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product.
9.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects: In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the seller is liable for hidden defects that render the product unfit for its intended use. Legal action must be brought within 2 years of the discovery of the defect.
ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
The seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
- Improper installation of the product by the customer or a third party
- Use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
- Damage resulting from water pressure outside standard parameters (outside 1–5 bar range)
ARTICLE 11 — CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the seller by email at contact@voraqua.com. If no satisfactory response is received within 30 days, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.

ARTICLE 12 — GOVERNING LAW
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved through mediation, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
